Raspberry Ketobites – Quick and simple keto (gluten free)

Ingredients (makes 11/12)

  • 150g Qetomix
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 65g (5 tbs) cream
  • 65g (5 tbs) coconut milk
  • 65g (5tbs) water
  • 2 eggs
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1 raspberry per Qetone

Method

Heat oven to 170 degrees C.

Mix all the ingredients together and put into silicone cupcake cases or greased 12 cupcake tray. Bake for 25-30 mins.
