Ingredients
- 65-70g of Qetomix
- 150ml of unsweetened Almond milk
- 25ml of water

- Raspberries or blueberries (the berries are more ketofriendly).
- Keto syrups
- Ketofriendly granola
Method
Place the Qetomix into a pan with the almond milk and leave to soak for approx 5mins. The mix will thicken and you can add addition milk or water (approx 25mls) depending on the consistency you wish. Heat on the hop and slowly bring to the boil stirring occasional to prevent it from sticking.
Serve upl and add some single or double cream along with a few raspberries. If you wish to have a bit more sweetness then there are a number of syrups available that are ketofriendly. Neil has tried various since he started making his porridge. One he know uses can be bought online from Bulk. To add a little crunch, sprinkle on a small amount of ketofriendly granola.
