Method

It’s not hard to make homemade panKakes — you just need a good recipe and  Qetomix. That’s where we come in! You’ll find the step-by-step recipe below, but here’s a brief overview of what you can expect:

  1. Place Qetomix into a bowl or pan
  2. Whisk one egg and add unsweetened almond milk 
  3. Stir in the egg and almond milk to the qetomix. Keep stirring the mix as it thickens
  4. Scoop the batter onto the hot griddle or lightly greased pan
  5. Cook for four minutes, then flip.
  6. Continue cooking until brown on both sides.

When to Flip PanKakes

Your pankake will tell you when it’s ready to flip. You should see a bubble or two start to form on the top; the edges look dry and set, and it should easily slide on the pan. This will usually take about three to four minutes on each side.

Serve with keto syrup, cream and blueberries or raspberries.
